On my way to the Sherwood Forest

So this week I am going to Nottingham, UK for a wonderful event being organized by my fellow Chopra Center colleague and friend, Sue Cooper. She is organizing a mass meditation and wellness day on Nottingham Square! Yep, land of Robin Hood. I am going to meet the Honorary Sheriff of Nottingham as well - he is their first sheriff who is also Skih.

I am going to meet faculty at the University of Nottingham when I speak about Bibliotherapy (more about that project later). AND there is more, Dan Siegel will be providing training on his Wheel of Awareness at Isaac Newton's home.

My two favorite subjects all rolled into one great experience - history AND contemplative practices! So a friend suggested that I blog out to the world while I am there, so here goes!
